CurrentDesk Adds Custom (API) Payment Funding Option

CURRENTDESK is excited to introduce a new Custom (API) funding source option which enables brokerages to process payments via any payment provider they choose.

Brokers can now choose any external payment service provider to integrate to CurrentDesk – including their own hosted payment solution. The custom API offers a developer-friendly integration and security improvements.

Traders using the new custom (API) funding source to execute transactions will be securely redirected from CurrentDesk to the external system to complete their transaction. Once the traders complete the transactions they will be redirected back to their client portal. The payment status will update automatically in CurrentDesk.

The Non-API funding source type is still available, for more information on either option, see our Custom (API) Support Article. Brokerages interested in using the new Custom (API) funding can simply add the details of the integration in the Funding Sources section of the admin portal.
